A lot of us tend to put ourselves in ‘boxes’.

What do I mean by boxes?

I mean we label ourselves as being something or having something…
.
like…
.
“I’m really bad at … “
.
Or “I’m a procrastinator”
.
Or “I have an addictive personality”
.
Or “I’m an insomniac”
.
Or “I’m clumsy”
.
When you label yourself and put yourself in a ‘box’ like that…
.
it’s self fulfilling.
.
Whatever you think and believe…
.
you become.
.
That’s how the mind works.
.
What fills your thoughts…
.
becomes your reality…
.
As soon as you stop labelling yourself…
.
things start to change.
.
You start to discover a new reality.
.
You start to change your way of being.
.
You become someone without barriers…
.
without limits.
.
What boxes do you put yourself in?
.
When are you going to stop doing that to yourself?
.
The sooner you stop…
.
the sooner you can start living a life without limits.
