and youāll be positive, content and a pleasure to be around.
You have that choice.
Itās within your power to think either way.

and start taking action to only focus on whatās good in your lifeā¦
your life will change for the better.
Of course it may not be easy at first to change that deep seated, long-standing habit of negative focusā¦
but with consistent daily practice of that new skill of only focusing on the goodā¦
youāll get thereā¦
if you want to.
The problem a lot of people will haveā¦
is that there is a secondary benefit to focusing on all the negative.
Perhaps you lack love and connection (one of our innate human needs) in your lifeā¦
and talking about all the negative stuff in your life to the people around youā¦
gives you that sense of connection and love.
Of course once you realise that itās falseā¦
you can then do something about it and seek out REAL love and connectionā¦
through other meansā¦
perhaps through sharing with the people around you whatās good in your life.
Itāll have the same effect.
In fact itāll have a much better effect.
Why?
Because theyāll want to be around you moreā¦.
leading to that feeling of love and connection that you crave.
Analyse your thinking todayā¦
and start making a conscious effort to start focusing on only whatās good in your life.
Itāll have such a big impactā¦
in more ways than one.
