šŸ§˜ā€ā™‚ļø Stop Trying To Control All External Variables...

Updated: Feb 4, 2022

...you'll find peace and contentment much sooner.

.

When you stop trying to control all external variables, things get a lot easier for you.

.

Why worry about, or try to control, things you cannot 100% control - it doesnā€™t make senseā€¦

.

It just leads to frustration, anger, and potentially relapse.

.

Instead, control what you know you can control 100%.

.

And the only thing you have 100% control over, is your inner-worldā€¦

.

> Your thoughts and feelingsā€¦

.

> How you react to external stimuliā€¦

.

> What you allow into your inner-world.

.

When you nail that way of thinking...

.

Life becomes a lot easierā€¦

.

And so does sobriety.

.

You stop caring so much about whatā€™s going on around youā€¦

.

And start caring more about whatā€™s going on internally.

.

That in-turn makes you a more compassionate, loving, easy going human being.

.

And that makes you much nicer to be around.

.

The most important people in your life will also noticeā€¦

.

> Partners

> Children

>Friends

> Parents

.

And they may reciprocate what you projectā€¦

.

Thatā€™s not guaranteed of courseā€¦

.

But remember - you can only control you and your inner-world.

.

In time, theyā€™ll come around...

.

If youā€™re CONSISTENT with this new way of living.

.

How are you living right now?

.

Constantly trying to change the external?

.

Or focusing inward on what you actually have 100% control over?

.

If you want some guidance in that areaā€¦

.

You know where I am.
